Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically via the website bassamakilifit.com between BASSAM AKILI TEXTILE IT SOLUTIONS IMPORT EXPORT LIMITED COMPANY (“SELLER”) and the buyer (“CONSUMER”), and defines the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product whose description, quantity, and VAT-inclusive sale price are specified below, ordered electronically by the CONSUMER on bassamakilifit.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the consumer protection legislation.

3. Product, Payment, and Delivery Information

3.1 Product Details
  • Name, quantity, VAT-inclusive sale price, and main characteristics of the product or service.
3.2 Payment Methods

Payment by Credit Card

  • The order summary page shows the installment plan.
  • Your bank may offer campaigns, additional installments, or installment deferrals; such campaigns are at the bank’s discretion and are announced on our site if known to us.
  • The total order amount is divided by the number of installments and reflected on your credit card statement; the bank may distribute uneven amounts to account for rounding. The detailed payment schedule is determined by your bank.

Payment by Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer/EFT)

  • The CONSUMER must make the payment without delay after placing the order and include the order number in the transaction description.
  • Bank transfer payments must reach the SELLER’s account on the same day; otherwise, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order.
3.3 Installment Sales

Installment sales are only available with bank-issued credit cards. The CONSUMER acknowledges that they will confirm interest and default interest rates with their bank and that related provisions will apply under the agreement between the bank and the CONSUMER.

3.4 Return Procedure

All refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days, unless there is a force majeure.

a) Credit Card Refunds
If the purchase was made in installments, the bank refunds in installments equal to the number of installments originally chosen. The SELLER pays the bank the full product price in one lump sum, and the bank handles the installment refunds according to its procedures.

b) Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer/EFT) Refunds
Refunds will be made via wire transfer/EFT to the account provided by the CONSUMER. The SELLER pays the bank the full product price in one lump sum; cash refunds are not possible.

c) Consumer Credit Refunds
Refunds will be made via wire transfer/EFT to the account provided by the CONSUMER; cash refunds are not possible.

The CONSUMER acknowledges having read and accepted these procedures.

Packing, shipping, and delivery costs are borne by the CONSUMER. The shipping fee is {KARGO_BEDELI} and is added to the order total. Delivery is made via contracted courier to the address specified by the CONSUMER. If the recipient is not present at the address, the SELLER is deemed to have fully performed its obligation; the SELLER is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from delayed or failed receipt.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. Withdrawal notifications must be made via the contact page on bassamakilifit.com before the withdrawal period expires. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are specified in clauses (a–k) of the original agreement.

5. General Provisions

  • The CONSUMER declares having read and confirmed the preliminary information about the product on bassamakilifit.com.
  • The product will be delivered within 30 days at the latest from the date of the agreement.
  • If the order price is not paid, the SELLER’s delivery obligation is nullified.
  • If a product is excluded from warranty by an authorized service, the SELLER also reserves the right not to provide a warranty.
  • By accepting this agreement, the CONSUMER also accepts the provisions of our Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish courts and Turkish law shall apply. Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within financial limits.
